All materials contained on StrataLex.app—including source code, architectural documentation, interface designs, trademarks, and algorithms—are the exclusive intellectual property of StrataLex Technologies and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

3. Acceptable Use and System Integrity

Users and automated systems accessing our infrastructure agree not to:

• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of any StrataLex cluster without explicit authorization.
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive scripts through any API endpoint.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any portion of the StrataLex runtime engine.
• Use the platform in violation of applicable data privacy, export control, or consumer protection statutes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and technical previews on StrataLex.app are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. StrataLex Technologies makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StrataLex Technologies, its directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to access the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
